I definitely feel like I learned at a good pace, Anf was very patient with me getting the moves down correctly and performing it right. We slowed down the moves a little to understand it and once we got it down pack we would perform faster.

Most of the workouts were just right, but there would be one or two workouts that was too challenging. Although I do feel like those challenging workouts did push me as a player.

I had so much fun and practice time would go by pretty quick in my head.

I learned at a good pace and I felt very comfortable knowing that Coach Anf could adapt to my personal circumstances if I had found anything too easy, too difficult, or confusing at all. This pace was not set in stone like a lesson plan which really contributed to the overall productivity of the workout for me. It's such an advantage and a tool to be able to have such a versatile instructor who can fit the workout to you and not fit you to the workout.
